Avon Founder David H. McConnell offered women a rarity in  1886, it was practically unheard of for a woman to run her own business. He started the California Perfume Company to give women a job where they were in charge on their own terms, a business for each and every woman the ability to meet people, make new friends, sell products and do it in their own time to the level that made it fun and exciting.  Unheard of in 1886 and still rare today.

The Beauty Team is recruiting Avon Representatives from all backgrounds and areas of the country. These representatives are the people who bring Avon products to local communities.  The benefit of signing up with us is we provide extra support, help and guidance on making a success of your Avon service.  There is always back up from Avon Cosmetics head office at the times  we cannot.
