Becoming an Independent Sales Leader is an amazing opportunity. As a Sales Leader you will build recruit and train your own team of Representatives and you will earn off your representatives sales. It is a fantastic unlimited earnings opportunity.

You would join Avon with The Beauty Team as an Avon Representative and would enthusiastically teach others how to be a Representative and earn money from the opportunity. As a MLM (multi-level marketing) business Avon offers an amazing opportunity.

Types of Sales Leaders:-

Coordinator Level

This is the first level of sales leadership. As well as earning commission on your team sales, for each new recruit you sign into your team, you will earn generous bonuses and there is also an incremental team growth bonus for your first 12 months!

Your main goals at this point are to find, train and support new representatives to appoint into your team.

Both your upline (leader) and Avon UK are always on hand to advise, support and assist you should you need it. As you progress through these first 3 levels, you will be starting to look for team leaders of your own

Leader Level

Once again, your commission rates go up!!

By the time you have progressed to leader level, you will be feeling much more confident in building your team.

You will now be mentoring at least one leader of your own!

The next two levels of Leader are Advanced and Senior, which sees you expanding your team of leaders and increasing your group sales. At these levels, Avon will give you more FREE training, some at head office, and many other tools to help you grow and support your teams. You will always have the support of your up-line throughout your journey.

As you progress through the levels your commission rates continue to increase.

Executive Leader Level

There are 3 tiers to this level. At this level, average earnings are staggering!!

You are now actively supporting your leaders and although you will still be recruiting yourself, your main focus is on managing and mentoring your team. You will be developing long term business strategies, with our support, and growing and expanding your network.

Between £60,000.00 and £300,000.00 are average earnings for Avon Executives!!

VIP LEVEL

This level sees you becoming an Avon Ambassador, and earning amazing tax-free bonuses!!

LOA = Length of association | MOV = Minimum Order Value

The AVON Advanced Leadership Bonus offers a truly exciting opportunity for all Team Leaders progressing through their first 18 campaigns and beyond!

LOA1 AND LOA2 BONUS

Receive £25 bonus (up to a maximum £1000) for every Representative recruited within your first six campaigns, who place a first and second order of MOV (£80) or higher.

You will receive a £10 bonus when your new Representative places their first order of MOV (£80) or higher, and you receive the second part of this bonus which is £15, paid to you when your new Representative places their second order of MOV (£80) or higher.

GROUP SALES BONUS (LOA1 – LOA18)

Increase your Group Sales every campaign and earn up to £4,000! Achieve Group Sales for each respective LLOA and get rewarded. You also have the opportunity to jump through the bonus amounts quicker.

INCREMENTAL DOWNLINE BONUS

This element is ongoing and uncapped and offers a fantastic opportunity for all new and established Sales Leaders. So by sharing the AVON Advanced Leadership opportunity and growing your downline, you will receive £200 for every incremental Sales Leader growth and £400 for every incremental Advanced Sales Leader growth.
